Amenities:

  1. 1. 4 bedrooms- 2 with queen beds, 2 with bunk beds with a single on top and a double on bottom, and 2 double beds on loft- beds for 14

  3. 3. Full kitchen with tableware, pots and pans, coffemaker, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, Oven, toaster.
  4. 4. Linens and towels provided

  7. 7. Gas grill and outside fire ring with some firewood provided. More can purchased approx 3 mile in Carbon Hill.

  9. 9. No telephone and limited cell phone service. 3 miles to Nelsonville, home of rocky boots, scenic train ride, 10 mile-canoeing ---- 12 mile-horseback riding ---- 10 mile-golf and miniture golf ---- 8 mile-movie theater ---- 10 mile-shopping

 

  1. We do our best to make sure all amenities are in good working order.
    Occasionally, electronics, satellite, and other mechanical equipment will malfunction. We will do our best to repair these items in a timely manner.

    Hot tub- Because of hot tub cleanings, the hot tub may need a few hours to heat to its full temperature after you arrive.

    Bad weather conditions may make travel to our Cabin difficult. In addition, occasional power outages may arise. We will do our best to give you alternate directions and make your stay comfortable, but no refunds will be given for weather or power outages.

    Damages to the structure, fixtures, or furnishings will result in repair or replacement costs. Please notify us at check-in if there are damages to the lodge. Any credit cards submitted for payment or credit card numbers held on file for deposit purposes may be charged to cover any damages that occurred as a result of your stay. An itemized list of any damages and the replacement/repair cost will be sent to you prior to charging the amounts to the credit card/s on file.
